Pay Range starts at $28-$33 per hour

3rd Shift: 10pm to 6:30am Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures
• Perform or assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
• Perform or assist with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems
• Maintain required maintenance logs and records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and other programs
• Perform or assist with repair or rebuilding of plant support and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair various pneumatic or hydraulic systems and components
• Assist with planning work time to meet all needs of the plant
• Ability to work in adverse conditions safely
• Must be able to work any required schedule
• Provide routine preventative maintenance and supervise helpers performing such maintenance
• Perform or assist with modifications to existing equipment as required
• Perform or assist with fabrication of new equipment
• Work with Production personnel to maintain and improve quality

Qualifications:

• 5 Years Industrial Maintenance experience
• Associates in Engineering/trades or equivalent Experience
• Must have electrical skills
• Strong customer focus
• Understand, troubleshoot and problem solve issues of basic complexity in advanced electrical/mechanical systems (PLC, Drives, Servo, HMI, CNC, etc.)
• Understand electrical arc flash protection code requirements
• Understand basic electrical circuits and safe work practices
• Understand basic function of PLC, drives and controls
• Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot AC and DC motors and drives
• Understand trouble shooting process for basic electrical equipment and electrical systems
• Inspect gears and gear units for lubrication problems and bearing failure
• Understand types of shaft misalignment, conditions affecting alignment, measurements and measuring tools for realignment, and methods used for shaft alignment including reverse dial, laser and rim and face
• Use necessary hand and power tools to take appropriate action to replace components, adjust, and recalibrate machinery to resolve issues and restore equipment to operating condition
• Disassemble and reassemble gearboxes
• Understand the parts, function, maintenance and troubleshooting of typical motors
• Maintain and troubleshoot, disassemble and reassemble hydraulic and pneumatic valves

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 to $30.00 medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week.)
